Dr. Tricia Fields
Dr. Tricia Fields is a strategic leader, technologist, and executive coach who has spent more than 20 years driving innovation, operational excellence, and organizational growth across Fortune 500 enterprises and government sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, an Executive MBA, a Master of Professional Studies in the Business of Cannabis, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Executive Coaching. In addition, she is a Certified Chief Risk Officer (Carnegie Mellon University) and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator.
Dr. Fields combines her expertise in technology and leadership to bring a unique analytical and people-centered approach to real estate. Her experience in risk management and strategic planning ensures each investment decision is data-driven, ethical, and positioned for sustainable growth.
Beyond real estate, Dr. Fields is also an author, business owner and podcast host, known for “Canna Girl Talk”, “Queens of the Round Table” and “Ego Unleashed,” where she explores the intersection of business, leadership, women and lifestyle empowerment.
Zeller Holmes
Zeller Holmes is an Aerospace Engineer turned real estate strategist with a strong background in aviation, aerospace, and systems engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management.
A lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and an avid golfer, Zeller is recognized for his leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence both on and off the course. His analytical mindset and operational experience bring precision, foresight, and structure to every investment venture.
